Payroll & Reporting

As important as it is to keep track of hours throughout the week, there’s a clear need for it, to accurately pay your employees. Once your pay period is up you’ll be able to run a report and get the total hours worked for your employees during the selected period. In the reports you’ll also be able to see job codes, shift reports and the location where each clock in/out came from, if you choose to.

  • Export to CSV/Excel Export to CSV/Excel

Want to be able to dump the information into Quickbooks or your payroll provider? Export your reports to CSV and skip having to manually enter in the information.

  • Group by Job Code Group by Job Code

In the event you need to total up labor hours spent on any single project, job or client you can easily group a report by job code. That will give you a quick and easy look at how many labor hours you’ve put towards a job code.

  • View Location View Location

Since you may not be glued to the NextPunch dashboard through the day, running a quick report on location over the last week will help. You’ll be able to scan through it and make sure your employees are clocking in/out from where they are supposed to be.
