Physical punch clock? What’s that? Our time clocks are 100% web based. No moving parts, nothing to break, just a simple interface for your employees to clock in/out of work throughout the day. As long as your computer has an internet connection and a browser (IE 7/8/9, Firefox 4-8, Chrome, and Safari) you can have your employees logging their hours. Worried about employees clocking in from wherever there’s an internet connection? Not a problem, restrict the computers or offices they’re allowed to clock in/out from and your problems are solved!

• Real-Time Tracking

  No delays, no waiting, no downloading. As a manager, when you log in you’ll immediately see who is clocked in for the day whether it was by web or by phone. Immediately see a running total of your employees’ hours worked for the day as well.

• Job Codes

  Want to make sure that everyone is tracking their hours to the proper job code? Not a problem, we can do that. You can choose between making job codes optional or required (they have to select one before clocking out) for employees.

• Shift Reports

  Sometimes you need to know what happened during a shift. Sometimes your employees need to alert you of something. Like job codes, you can make shift reports optional or require them before your employees clock out for the shift.
